Finally, the new version of WooCommerce 4.0 was released on March 10, 2020. In this version, all templates are compatible with the previous series (3.9) with the new series (4.0).

Also, payment ports and shipping extension Template File Changes.SMS plugin is compatible with the new version of Woocommerce without any problems.

You should have WordPress 5.3
